- Due to the resignation of Terry Reed, it was decided to add additional responsibilities to Mike Wade's position and make him a 260 day employee as opposed to the 205 day employee he currently is. The position of Director of Operations will not be filled for the 2009-2010 school year. This will be a cost savings to the District.
- Mike Wade's new title for 2009-2010 will be Transportation/Custodial Supervisor.
- Mike Wade's new start date of employment for 2009-2010 will be August 1, 2009.
- It was decided to hire a part-time bus driver to cover one of Mike Wade's routes.
