REGULAR MEETING
PRESENT WERE: Melodie Adelman, Mike Helmstetter, Sandra Lonz, Robin Reed, Steve Reer

- Financial Statements for January 2010
- Appropriation modifications (attached)
- Contract between the Monroeville Local Schools and Christie Lane
- Schools for special education services
- Contract between the Monroeville Local Schools and the Erie-Huron
- Counties Community Action Commission, Inc. (CAC)
- Open Enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year
- Job description for principal (attached).
- Parental leave for Jeremy Loose starting on or about March 10, 2010 for ten (10) days
- 2009 donation of a Juggs Pitching Machine from Wes & Missy Brewer to the Monroeville Local Schools Athletic Department (valued at $550)
EMPLOYMENT:
- Cheryl Young, Jynelle Rex, Kera Baumgartner and Daniel Riemersma as substitute teacher.
- Resignation of Drew Karnehm as Varsity Assistant Track Coach
- Matt Lark as Varsity Softball coach (Step 4)
- Ralph Ritzenthaler as Varsity Assistant Softball coach (Step 0)
DISCUSSION:
- Discussion was held to discuss the status of the landscaping proposal process.
- Items discussed were the cost of the project and maybe breaking the project into different phases
