HEARING OF THE PUBLIC:- A Monroeville High School diploma was presented to Vietnam Veteran Jerry Nash
- Kelly Poths presented the annual Senior Trip
- Karen Reer requested permission to take 14 girls, 2 advisors to an all day free Cheerleader Competition on February 21, 2010 (Sunday trip)
- Commissioner Mike Adelman presented a proclamation recognizing January as Board of Education Member Month
SUPERINTENDENT REPORT- We had a Tremco conference call where Steven Cooper let us know the project was on schedule and was going to begin in June 2010 and it to be completed in October 2010
- We have an Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) meeting scheduled on February 18, 2010 from 8:30 to 2:30.
- The policy updating is still in process and we will be approving more
- Facility improvement timeline was presented
APPROVED:- Participation in the OSBA Legal Assistance Fund for 2010 in the amount of $250
- Service and monitoring agreement with Safe Harbor Security from 2/1/201 to 1/31/11 in the amount of $770
- Purchase of Smart Boards and software in the amount of $29,738
- Donation of $5,000 from Fisher Titus Medical Center
- Hobbs Lock & Key for the installation of new locks for the school in the amount of $10,000
- Transmission repair of Bus 1 at the approximate cost of $6,000
- 2010/2011 High School course guide changes
- Senior class trip to Seven Springs Ski Resort, March 10-12, 2010
- Kim Bemis as Trustee to the Monroeville Public Library for a term of seven years beginning January 1, 2010
- Sunday cheerleader competition 2/21/10
EMPLOYMENT- Following substitute teacher: Ryan Grose as a substitute teacher
- Accepted the resignation of Nicole Scheel as Girls Head Softball Coach
