SUPERINTENDENT REPORT:
- State of Schools will be at the February 2010 Board Meeting
ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL:- Elementary did pictures with Santa Claus
- All of the new technology is installed and being utilized in the classrooms
- End of the first semester is approaching
- Elementary has been getting a lot of good press lately
JR/SR HIGH PRINCIPAL:
- SOAR is going well; some changes coming next year to enhance the SOAR period.
- High School will be using Arena Scheduling this year for next year's schedules
- High School is working on their Credit Flex Plan
HEARING OF THE PUBLIC:
- Chris Granvenhorst/Heath Cleary/Chris Honell: 5th & 6th grade Athletic Program
Proposed to the Board the creation of the Monroeville Community Elementary Athletic Committee. The group will be an outside group affiliated with the athletic boosters. - Shane Sattler: Sunday Basketball; Asked the Board for permission to use Elementary Gymnasium on Sundays (January- February), from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. It will be a group of 15 Alumni and Monroeville parents. If more people decide to join, it was decided that they will have to come to the Board for approval.

- Recognized the Monroeville Community Elementary Athletic Commettee.
- Financial Statements for November 2009
- Donation of a King 601 trumpet from Jennifer Hauler
- Annual membership to Ohio School Boards Association in the amount of $2,759 and the subscription of Briefcase at the cast of $110
- Establish the A.N. Fry Endowed Scholarship in the amount of $51,000
- Budget Hearing for January 4, 2010 at 7:00 pm
- Organizational Meeting for January 4, 2010 at 7:15 pm
- Appoint Sandy Lonz President Pro Tempore for the organizational meeting
- Sunday basketball from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
EMPLOYMENT
- Mary Ann Fletcher as a tutor
- David Luddington as Orchestra Director with the pay rate of $350 with
funds from the Drama Department - Katie Bemis as a substitute teacher
- Mike Sweet as a substitute bus driver
